How much does a home inspection cost in Orlando?
A pre-purchase home inspection starts at $395 for homes under 2,000 sq ft. Condo inspections start at $295. Insurance inspections (4-Point and Wind Mitigation) start at $99 each, or $175 bundled together.
Does the price go up for larger homes?
Yes — base prices apply to homes under 2,000 sq ft. For 2,000–3,000 sq ft add $50, for 3,000–4,000 sq ft add $100. Homes over 4,000 sq ft get a custom quote. Call 407-205-7222.
Is thermal imaging included or does it cost extra?
Thermal imaging is included at no extra charge with every pre-purchase home inspection. Most competitors charge $75–$150 for this separately. With Square Inspections it's always included.
Is the digital report included in the price?
Yes. Your same-day digital report — with color photos, severity ratings, and a maintenance priority summary — is included in every inspection. No report fees, no add-ons.
Can I bundle multiple inspections and save?
Yes. The 4-Point + Wind Mitigation combo is $175 instead of $198 separately. Have more than two inspections? Call us and we'll build a bundle price for your situation.
When is payment due?
Payment is collected at booking confirmation. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital wallets. No payment is collected at the door on inspection day.
